General
Realty WP-CRM is the most powerful real estate CRM plugin for WordPress. It helps agents, brokerages, and agencies manage leads, contacts, properties, deals, communications, and marketing automation — all from within WordPress. It includes a standalone portal app with PWA support, so you can work from any device, even offline.
It's built for real estate professionals — solo agents, small teams, brokerages, and large agencies. Whether you manage 10 leads or 10,000, Realty WP-CRM scales with you. The Free tier is perfect for getting started, and Pro plans unlock advanced features as your business grows.
WordPress 6.0+ and PHP 8.0+ with MySQL 5.7+. The plugin works with any standard WordPress hosting provider — no special server configuration is required.
Pricing & Licensing
Yes! The Free plan includes unlimited leads, unlimited contacts, deal pipeline management, activities, calendar, dashboard, basic reports, REST API access, and the standalone portal with PWA support. No credit card required, no time limits.
All three Pro plans include the exact same features. The only differences are: number of sites (1, 5, or 50), support level (priority email, 24-hour premium, or same-day priority), and the Agency plan includes white-label branding and custom integrations.
Yes — we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Pro plans. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.
Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time and you'll only be charged the prorated difference. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data is never lost when changing plans.
Each WordPress installation where you activate the plugin counts as one site. Staging and local development environments are not counted.
Managed CRM
Our Managed CRM is a fully hosted version of Realty WP-CRM. We handle all the server setup, WordPress installation, plugin configuration, backups, SSL certificates, and updates. You just log in and start managing your real estate business — no technical knowledge required.
The CRM features are identical. The difference is delivery: with the self-hosted plugin, you install it on your own WordPress site and manage your own hosting. With the Managed CRM, our team handles everything — server setup, WordPress installation, plugin configuration, backups, SSL, and updates. You just log in and use the CRM.
No. We provide everything. Your CRM is hosted on our infrastructure and every plan supports connecting your own custom domain at no extra cost.
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your data will be available for export for 30 days after cancellation.
Absolutely. Every managed CRM instance gets its own isolated database, daily encrypted backups, SSL certificates, and runs on enterprise-grade infrastructure. Your data is never shared with other tenants.
After you join the waitlist and we launch, our team personally sets up your dedicated CRM environment — typically within 1–2 business days of sign-up. You receive a welcome email with your login URL and credentials. We pre-configure your pipelines, activity types, and email templates so you can start using it right away.
Companion Theme
The Realty WP-CRM Theme is a companion WordPress theme built specifically for the Realty WP-CRM plugin. It gives you a fully designed property listing website out of the box — responsive property grids with advanced search, agent directory, property detail pages with galleries, Schema.org structured data, and deep CRM integration with zero configuration.
No. The CRM plugin works with any WordPress theme. The companion theme is entirely optional — it simply provides a purpose-built property listing frontend that integrates tightly with the CRM. If you already have a theme you love, you can keep it and still use every CRM feature.
The theme is included free with any Pro plan. Free-tier users can download a starter version of the theme. Managed CRM customers get the theme pre-installed and configured at no extra cost.
The theme includes responsive property listing grids with advanced filtering, individual property pages with photo galleries and amenity lists, an agent directory with contact links, a dedicated home-value estimator page, favourites via local storage, full Schema.org/RealEstateListing structured data for SEO, and deep CRM integration that auto-syncs properties and captures leads.
Deeply. Property enquiries from the theme flow directly into the CRM as new leads with the property automatically linked. Property listings are pulled from the CRM REST API in real time, so status changes (sold, under offer, etc.) update the frontend instantly. The home-value estimator page uses the CRM shortcode with built-in lead capture. White-label accent colours sync automatically from CRM settings.
Yes. The theme supports the WordPress Customizer with options for colours, typography, layout styles, header and footer configuration, and custom CSS. It is also fully compatible with the WordPress block editor for content pages. No page builder required — everything is built with clean, performant code.
Absolutely. The theme outputs valid Schema.org/RealEstateListing structured data on every property page, generates clean semantic HTML, scores 90+ on Google PageSpeed Insights, and supports lazy-loading images and responsive srcset. It works perfectly with popular SEO plugins like Yoast and Rank Math.
